To Whom It May Concern:

I am a Police Sergeant with the City of Tampa, Florida Police Department and have over 26 years of experience. As the Supervisor of Detectives, I have worked with Miss Evanina in regard to the television coverage of various criminal cases.

Miss Evanina can be considered the consummate professional when it comes to covering noteworthy and high profile crime events. This individual is a reporter who cares about the integrity, honesty and accuracy of all her stories whether they are of local interest or major events. Miss Evanina has earned my trust as someone who is always fair and of high professional standards.

In today's world, obtaining a relationship between the police and the media can sometimes be a difficult task. Miss Evanina has been able to bridge that gap, earning respect and trust from this experienced law enforcement officer.

Hey Roxanne

It was nice to see you on TV the other night. We knew you were targeted by police and the truth would come out.  Welcome back.

Sincerely,

COVERAGE ON BREAST CANCER 3-DAY

I saw your story about the event late last night on the news, and I want to thank you, and your cameraman, too, for doing a wonderful job. It was one of the best reports I saw about it. It was also a perfect example of one of the reasons I admire your work, namely, you don't spend too much time in front of the camera.

Before you take that as a backhanded compliment, let me hasten to say that I think you're a beautiful woman, and I'm sure that FOX 13's male viewers wouldn't mind seeing you on camera more often. What I mean is that you always keep the focus of your reporting where it belongs--on the story and the people involved in it. You never seem to try to draw attention to yourself at the expense of the story.

With your story, though, you didn't appear at all, providing only a simple but effective narration, and devoting all the on-camera time to the people who had taken part. It really was a very nice story.

In a business where looks and personality sometimes seem more important than journalistic ability, your reporting style is refreshingly modest, especially since you have all three. Keep up the great work.

Sincerely,

Jose M.

Dear Roxanne:

I am big fan of you, and you are a beautiful addition to Fox 13 news!

Dear Roxanne,

On behalf of myself and my family, I would like to thank you for helping us recover our $820.00 from National Pet Recovery. I am confident that my situation would have had a different ending had you not been involved. Although we now have our money back, we are still deeply saddened that our Ceasar is still missing. Ceasar was more than a pet, she was a member of our family!

Even more than the money, we would like to thank you for your help in finding our missing pet. She is so special to us and we miss her very much! We are truly grateful for all your efforts and time, it was a pleasure working with you.

THANK YOU !!!

Sincerely,

Doug, Cindy and Spencer L.

Dear Roxanne Evanina,

Just wanted to send you a quick note to say that I'm glad to see you back on the air again! Sorry to have learned of the recent incident which occurred in your 'private' (er, ... not-so-private -eh?) life. I feel that it's a shame that your particular incident made it into the news (only because you're ON the news) when there's lots of crap (domestic disputes) occuring between spouses/mates/partners which never make the light of day in the news world, (& rightfully so). Sorry yours didn't stay a 'private' matter also. ...

It was nice seeing you on my television screen Thursday evening, although it was a tough story (situation) you had to cover (the missing young girl)

I wanted you to know that you have 'supporter'(s) out here in the viewing audience! I wish you only continued success, in both your professional career, and your private life adventures in the future.

Simply put,

Welcome Back Roxanne

Sincerely,

Curt K.

Ms. Evanina,

Let me first welcome you to the Tampa Bay area (better late than never). I would like to extend my thanks for the information you provided the public during the last few weeks while 2 hurricanes threaten the bay area.

You provided me with valuable and up to date info while I evacuated to safer (LIKE WHERE WAS THAT?) ground. Once again thank you.

Sincerley,

Allen B.

Dear Roxanne:

I recently moved to the Tampa Bay area from metro-Detroit and just finished watching your report on seat belts in Florida. I honestly believe this report was not only informative, it was a true service. I would love to see you pursue this story to at least another segment.

Thanks again for a great story!

Bill H.

Roxy:

Thank you so much for all your guidance and support. You are so beautiful and talented. It was an amazing experience working with you.

Thanks again,
